Hankscraft Runxin Technical Support

job description

Responsible for assisting the North America Network of Distributors and Dealers in the water treatment business by providing technical support within our product line. Contact existing and prospective customers to discuss the benefits of our water treatment products.


(Included but not limited to the following)

  • Provide technical support of Hankscraft Runxin’s product line to North America’s Distributors and Dealers
  • Manage and expand relationships with customers
  • Analyze the needs of prospects and customers, recommending proper products
  • Coordinate with engineering/staff regarding solutions and sales opportunities
  • Act as a primary technical support contact for designated customers

Job Skills and Qualifications Required

(Included but not limited to the following)

  • Clear knowledge of Water Treatment products with a technical background
  • 2+ years of experience within the Water Treatment Industry
  • Able to multitask and utilize effective time management skills
  • Excellent follow-up, written, oral, and general communication skills
  • Travel to conduct product training seminars on occasion
