Reedsburg, Wis. – September 27, 2024 – Hankscraft happily welcomes a recent hire, Gina Onderak, to the team as Sales Administrator – Contract Manufacturing Division. With dedication for helping people and making a difference in the lives of customers, Gina is an excellent addition to the Hankscraft team.
A Personality for Customer Service
Gina has a natural curiosity. She loves to explore and experience new things in her personal life. This also makes her well suited for assisting Hankscraft’s customers in her role at work. She enters willingly into projects, as if each was a new adventure, making her a valuable problem solver for Hankscraft’s customers.
“I’m not afraid to step up and ask the questions needed to move a project forward,” Gina said. “This means I’m always looking out for our customers.”
Gina’s career background spans from management roles in inventory and co-op, to margins and sales; but it’s always required dedicated service to customers. This resonates with her current role at Hankscraft. Cultivating a deep understanding of the customer is especially important in Contract Manufacturing, according to Gina. “The thing I’ve noticed most about Hankscraft is we develop relationships with customers.”
Work Life at Hankscraft
At Hankscraft, Gina’s role makes her a resource for customers, whether that’s confirming orders, gathering information for ongoing projects, or bridging sales, engineering, and the customer.
The diversity of the work and getting to establish real, long-term relationships with the people inside and outside of Hanskcraft is the best part of the Gina’s job. For her, customer service is not only about providing an answer for all the customer’s questions, but helping the customer feel comfortable with the answer they received.
Working with a broad and diverse team is what fuels Gina and drives her passion and enjoyment for work at Hankscraft. Gina mainly works with the sales team members, but also works with purchasing, operations, and other departments to bring the customer what they need.
With a keen desire to immerse herself in the community she lives in, Gina is excited to explore her new environment of the Reedsburg community.
